Och nu ska Kanye West göra tv-spel.
I en intervju i radiostationen Power 105,1:s Breakfast Club berättade Kanye för ett par dagar sedan om spelet kommit på och designat själv. Det finns inte särskilt mycket information om spelet ännu, men det vi vet är att det är inspirerat av sången ”Only one” (alltså det där sömnpillret han grävde upp Paul McCartney för). I låten låtsas Kanye att hans dotter, North West, för ett samtal med sin avlidna farmor, Donda West.

”The idea is that it’s my mother going through the gates of heaven, and you’ve got to bring her to the highest gate of heaven by holding her to the light.”
Spelet har varit under utveckling i sex månader. Exakt hur långt gånget det kommit är lite svårt att sia om, det är ju helt beroende på vilken skala Kanye tänker sig. Men frågan är väl om han kan göra något annat än det absolut största? Och så fall är det säkert ett par år bort.
Det sägs att Kanye var intresserad av programmering och speldesign redan under 90-talet, och att det var det som förde honom in på den musikaliska banan. Kanske är det just det som spökar här. Eller så är det bara att han vill klå sin frus ENORMA framgångar på mobilspelsmarknaden (som Nöjesguiden skrev om INNAN det slog, så klart). Men han försöker göra det med en känslomässigt, konstnärligt och religiöst projekt?
Intressant kommer det åtminstone bli.
